    I have tried Vultr already which seems the only one in L.A. but looking to see what other KVM clouds I might have missed, esp. smaller companies that might have good deals

    RackNerd is promoted heavily on LEB / LET and they focus on KVM:

    questionable reputation but BudgetNode still claims to have KVM servers in Los Angeles
