    among other packages. user said after he purged some packages and totally reinstalled SlickStack from scratch the packages were fine again…

    Why do some providers have this issue and others don’t?

    aren’t packages from Ubuntu.com

    As I recall Racknerd might have had some similar issues with packages, but I can’t remember if the error message was the same.
