ss-config-sample misnomer

**Why ss-config-sample and not ss-config-example?**
Because we aim to mirror WordPress Core as much as possible. Because the misnomer has existed in WordPress since the beginning, the WP Core team has [no intention](https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/43827) of changing it.
