This a*****e, the biggest a*****e in the entire WordPress community, pays this agency redpoints.com to submit thousands and thousands of DMCA complaints against websites that make him look bad or legally redstribute the GPL code of certain plugins that Awesome Motive developers or has acquired. It’s not only fraud, but a complete betrayal of the open source spirit.

Just wanted to put this here:

F**k Syed Balkhi and the third-world fraud tactics he has brought to the WordPress community with Matt Mullenweg’s direct support.

If your website gets DMCA notices from Syed, you should respond asap here:

    https://support.google.com/legal/contact/lr_counternotice?product=websearch&sjid=6893740661678303681-NA

Then you can recover your rankings on Google search results. Syed cannot bring any further legal action because his complaints are fraudulent to begin with. So the DMCA Complaint will then be archived by Google.

You wanna know how big of an a*****e Syed is?

He literally filed a DMCA complaint against this forum thread:

Smash Balloon Instagram feed “Error 999: Access token could not be decrypted.”

Apparently because it makes him look bad for relying on salts in his code.

Sometimes Google GSC will alert you. But sometimes they don’t. To improve your chances of being alerted, ensure you have BOTH the “domain property” AND the full URL property of your website claimed in the GSC panel because usually the DMCA alerts are sent to the registered GSC owners of the full property URL only, not the domain property.

    I mean,

https://example.com will receive the DMCA notice from Google GSC, but not example.com

btw you can search Lumen Database to see who has filed DMCA complaints against your site:

    “AI powered DMCA management”

in other words, they scan the web and then spam the f**k out of Google and others with bot-generated takedown requests, consequences be damned

Sumsub’s 2023 Fraud Report also revealed that, in 2023, Bangladesh and Pakistan had the highest fraud rates in the world, with fraud accounting for 5.44% and 4.59% of all verifications performed in each country, respectively.

    no morals

He has built a strong network of companies around wordpress, no wonder why Matt will favor him (also fear him for the strong he has become.)

But you can’t expect anything different from a Pakistani, the mindset will not go away from their DNA.
