any support software better or simpler than Help Scout?

    I have been using Help Scout for years, because it’s affordable and lightweight. It doesn’t try to do too many things, just email support with some reliable features. Recently they started trying to do the Knowledgebase/Chat bubble thing which kind of annoyed me. I have it disabled and it’s fine. Just wondering if you guys use any other reliable support software that doesn’t try to start forcing you into other features.

    Just to clarify I’m still satisfied with Help Scout. Just thought I would ask.
