1 billion people in India. I have to assume the talented and competent people are finding better jobs in Bangalore, USA and otherwise…

you have to sort of “test” them.

if they are smart and independent, great.

but so many Indians get their friends or cousins or whatever and make some sort of gang that applies to jobs and then helps each other do the work, and it turns to S**T
