Out of the blue our dev and stg subdomains started to get redirected to “dev.domain.com_excluding_www”.
I’ve tried purging all cache, nginx cache, checked the nginx site files (and they seem fine).
Really no ideia whats happening, didn’t want to ss-install again so website isnt down…
Any ideas?
LarryGuestoh no must be from wp-config
KyleGuestYes we just committed a patch:
https://github.com/littlebizzy/slickstack/commit/9558434be2b29d12e80bab15f445b793adb714c4
The order of the
sed
commands has been rearranged to prevent conflicts.ss_sed "s/@SITE_DOMAIN_EXCLUDING_WWW/${SITE_DOMAIN_EXCLUDING_WWW}/g" "${TMP_WP_CONFIG_PHP}" ## must be first ss_sed "s/@SITE_DOMAIN/${SITE_DOMAIN}/g" "${TMP_WP_CONFIG_PHP}" ss_sed "s/@SITE_TLD/${SITE_TLD}/g" "${TMP_WP_CONFIG_PHP}"
Please try now!
PatrickGuestBtw in fact these
sed
rules were incorrect for prior months too. Because it was including thewww
in the staging/dev site domains. But I think Nginx was overriding that so the error was unnoticed.
DianeGuestso actually 2-3 bugs now fixed in staging/dev sites wp-config 😀
DanielGuestcool… do we need to update this manually?
BettyGuestdo we need to update this manually?
Nope! The patch was force-updated via GitHub using the
ss-worker
bash script. All SlickStack servers should be patched now.OliviaGuesthey folks, thanks a lot for the support! worked like a charm. was pretty preocupied yesterday lol nice that its fixed.
