I have used Autoptimize for years when a website needs to combine too many CSS files. Mostly Cloudflare Rocket Loader for JS async.

Recently I saw this one:

I strongly recommend avoiding Fast Velocity Minify – it was one of the plugins that was found to be cheating on Google’s PageSpeed tests last year:
