    I saw a client with this recently. It’s like a sort of mix between Wix and Hubspot, with some type of MLS database plugin seems.

    Their homepage looks pretty nice, but my client’s site looks horrible lol

    I mean I dont know if they chose a bad template or what. But it looks like some junk site put up in like 2 minutes with spammy looking contact forms and stuff. Which is weird since Carrot says they are leadgen/CTR experts for real estate?

    The MLS integration is probably the main selling point, most web designers don’t know the first thing about MLS.
