    this agency, who is from New Hampshire but pretends to be from San Francisco, first showed up on these forum boards to trash talk SlickStack for daring to ask users for reviews of our free software on Capterra (we chose to ignore him)

    he then began urging certain LittleBizzy clients from ditching our hosting, trying to sell them on his WP Engine affiliate links instead

    but that wasn’t enough for him, he also had to leave negative reviews of LittleBizzy on TrustPilot, pretending he was our customer which he never was……

    what is this agency’s problem???

    worse than WeWork, an abandoned warehouse used to be leased by Impact Hub. they went bankrupt like a decade ago, but Kegan Quimby still pretend to be running a web design agency out of this building.

    Why do some agencies do this? It seems common in the digital space. Like I don’t think dentists or plumbers do that to each other???? (maybe I’m wrong)
