    this woman is so impressive, she has really turned Upwork around in so many good ways, do other Upwork freelancers agree with me

    I never see her doing stupid things for PR attention or virtue signaling. she just gets s**t done, no drama, makes Upwork better every single day.

    seriously, nerves of steel (so far).

    I don’t know even many male tech CEOs as cool and focused as as Hayden. probably Nadella from Microsoft is one of the only guys who come to mind

    obv. a bit different company size but, seriously Hayden is going places…

    she’s blonde so she’s going to get compared to Marissa Mayer if she gets more famous. but they couldn’t be more different. Mayer was a snake and attention whore, Brown is reserved and just gets the work done day after day from what I can see.
