I have avoided everything from WP Beginner / Awesome Motive for years, I did use their WP Mail SMTP plugin for a few clients but that is also now affiliate link spam to their partners and did not support some big API providers like Mailjet, that is fine because it is a free plugin but they are always nagging you too much and my clients got confused.
