GuestYes it can but stability and scaling always depends on how well your site is cached… if you are using Cloudflare rules to “cache all”

GuestAlso are you using a lightweight WordPress theme like HoverCraft? or a crazy bloated theme with page builders and thousands of DOM elements that are built on-the-fly and hundreds of SQL queries on every single page load…. these things matter

GuestFrankly the amount of RAM might matter less than how well your site is coded.
Your site can handle a ton of traffic if it’s mostly static and doesn’t have any poorly coded SQL queries or database thrashing or generally bad/inefficient code.

Guestalso use good Page Rules or APO in Cloudflare and you don’t need much RAM or CPU in your server because mostly cached in the edge locations
