    With 3 subsites added with their own domains to SlickSlack’s multisite functionality how do I get SlickStack to generate the Lets Encrypt certificates for each domain like it did for the first domain when setting the main network up?

    As mentioned before this is not supported, it’s too complex. You need to use Cloudflare if you are running WP Multisite on SlickStack

    Yes, I’m asking again because I don’t understand the steps. How specifically do I “Use Cloudflare” and OpenSLL when it comes to the certificates for each domain with SlickStack. Where are the steps documented?

    I know I can set SSL_TYPE to “opensll” in ss-config – but what else?

    SSL_TYPE="openssl"

    That’s all you need, then activate Cloudflare on any domains you point to your Multisite server. Nothing else needed 🙂

    Cloudflare is simply a godsend, makes SSL absolutely painless to manage these days…

    ignore the cpanel stuff in this video, to change subsite from subdomain/subdir into the TLD type of subsite (full domain) check this video at 2:00:
