the huge rush to gain more control over subreddits and mods, the huge crack down on new user limitations and more censorship than ever before, I would bet money that Reddit execs were told by Google execs it was coming and to clean up their act

Google seems to be incorporating more real user comments/subreddits into the search results for high-volume keywords
