If I recall correctly, that WP-CLI command is disabled in SlickStack. Although I’m not sure all the reasons why it was decided

btw,

ss install wordpress config

ss install wordpress config is for only the wp-config.php file generation, and ss install wordpress packages is for installing WordPress core and supporting items that may be rather minor, but not technically part of WP Core.
