Google forums are worthless as usual. They said maybe on Business Starter. But I had already Business Standard and I cannot add the Voice service!

Your organization needs Google Workspace before you can add Voice. If you don’t already have Google Workspace read, Sign up for Google Workspace and Set up Google Workspace.

For billing you need a Business account, not an Individual account. To learn more, read Enter or change GSTIN or other tax information.

I chatted to Google support.

Pretty much you have to manually ask them to change your Account type from “Individual” to “Business” and tell them your tax information. And the change is likely permanent.

After that switch, you can then add Google Voice to your services.
