Hi,
Slickstack looks interesting.
Wondering if https://www.littlebizzy.com/ used Slickstack & nginx?
See https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.littlebizzy.com/SKVgGr8T/ – fully loaded time = 6.6s.
Compare with https://grillo.io/ which uses LiteSpeed.
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/grillo.io/gSY1YwEG/ – fully loaded time = 1.4s.
Thoughts appreciated!
May 17, 2023 at 2:56 pm #5413KeithGuestHello Litespeed-curious,
https://www.littlebizzy.com/?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments No Response Headers - Request canceled
This is a POST request that allegedly timed out after 5 seconds, not an actual asset being loaded, this is often a false negative when sending repeat tests to a WooCommerce site behind Cloudflare 😉
It requires an advanced technique called “try testing again”
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.littlebizzy.com/QhsnWGdy/
…which results in 1.9 fully loaded time.
That Grill.io performance is unimpressive considering it’s a fully static non-WooCommerce site loading from Amazon CDN edges! Should be better than that.
May 17, 2023 at 2:57 pm #5414JeremyGuesthttps://community.cloudflare.com/t/request-canceled-on-gtmetrics-waterfall/167754
“This request was cancelled on my GTMetrics Waterfall, after transfering to Cloudflare”
May 17, 2023 at 3:05 pm #5415AaronGuestwhy does Cloudflare do that
May 17, 2023 at 9:50 pm #5420MichaelGuestPerhaps caused by Cloudflare security throttling or maybe just GTMetrix is dropping the response data for certain POST requests.
May 17, 2023 at 9:53 pm #5421CarolynGuesthttps://securityheaders.com/?q=https%3A%2F%2Fgrillo.io%2F&followRedirects=on
“F” security scores.
Another unfortunate result of vanilla Litespeed / Apache
May 17, 2023 at 10:02 pm #5426DennisGuest…which results in 1.9 fully loaded time.
looks like 900ms is still caused by the Woo AJAX cart fragments. If you remove Woo I guess Little Bizzy loads in 1.0 seconds?
May 19, 2023 at 10:29 am #5466AdamGuestphew… 😅
I was almost ready to change to Litespeed cpanel from this
May 19, 2023 at 4:20 pm #5472RoyGuest@OP should test SlickStack.io would be more important since no WooCommerce cart.
May 19, 2023 at 4:23 pm #5473SamuelGuestMay 24, 2023 at 3:08 pm #5638CherylGuest@Roy is correct just test SlickStack GTMetrix
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/slickstack.io/FLZwyRmC/
1.1 secs fully loaded. So, that’s faster than the Litespeed site from OP post even though it’s static files hosted on AWS Cloudfront CDN edges….

July 29, 2023 at 5:14 pm #6953AmyGuestOr just Litespeed affiliates lmao

There’s a strong possibility these are the same thing.

August 10, 2024 at 9:07 am #25908JonathanGuestdoes LittleBizzy use SlickStack for hosting the website or is there some alternate or custom stack you are using for that?
also, what are the LittleBizzy.com hosting customers using?
October 29, 2024 at 8:53 am #26867RyanGuest@Jonathan,
Yes LittleBizzy is simply a management service for the same open source SlickStack code that is released to the public.
