cannot login to my WP Admin, any ideas?

most likely one of your plugins is outdated and does not support modern PHP version.

disable all plugins with WP-CLI or rename /plugins/ folder temporarily.

wp plugin deactivate --all

and then ss purge if you are running SlickStack to clear caches.

almost always this is caused by abandoned plugins.
