    I know you guys hate Rank Math. And almost hated Yoast (or seems). so what is the worst SEO plugin in your opinion, any others 😀

    I mean how much time do you have, OP? SEO plugins are mostly all bullshit, it’s a niche that’s been entirely invented to convince WordPress site owners to pay money for something that “magically fixes” their website traffic.

    The worst SEO plugin for WordPress?

    It’s a tie between Yoast and Rank Math for biggest scam, most bloated code, most fatal errors and ranking drops caused to websites, but Rank Math definitely edges out Yoast for worst place because they paid for thousands of fake 5-star reviews.

    Oh, and they stole code from Yoast too

    SEO plugins have a few useful features IMO. Like being able to customize the title on some pages which sometimes must be different from the default title. But I agree that most of the features are complete trash that confuses a lot of newbies, even worse than so many SEO plugins have a horrible security reputation.

    FYI All In One SEO is now trying to disable other third party plugins like XML sitemap plugins if they are detected… time to delete that crap from your site too.

    Yoast SEO And All-in-One SEO both permanently blacklisted
