object-cache.php file is empty even though object cache is enabled. Also, in the clear caches page, its showing that The Object Cache is not enabled.

@OP you can try again ss install mu plugins and see if that generates object-cache.php properly?
you should see:

what’s the value for SS_OBJECT_CACHE in your ss-config file?
contents of object-cache.php are pulled from wordpress.org so maybe they are blocking your server’s request for the file content???
