object-cache.php file is empty even though object cache is enabled

    object-cache.php file is empty even though object cache is enabled. Also, in the clear caches page, its showing that The Object Cache is not enabled.

    @OP you can try again ss install mu plugins and see if that generates object-cache.php properly?

    Memcached
    External object cache.
    
    Memcached backend for the WP Object Cache.

    contents of object-cache.php are pulled from wordpress.org so maybe they are blocking your server’s request for the file content???
