I saw WP site using Ezoic a few years ago and it was very slow loading, almost a nightmare if you do not have Adblock enabled,

do you think it has improved since few years back

I am considering applying one of my blogs to their platform…. so many different opinions shared on Reddit about this.

Some people claim using the Ezoic nameserver method is “faster” performance and better earnings but I feel like that is relative, like if your web hosting sucks already. They pretty much will own your domain and route traffic thru their private advertising network to have more control over the display and performance.

Personally I would never point my NS to an advert company.

I mean Ezoic, like many ad networks, loads tons of third party scripts so of course it can be slow, sometimes worse than others but if you want to improve your CPC earnings than that is the price you might have to pay.

If it hurts your SEO rankings, well I don’t know about that…

even if you use their WordPress plugin it still will send all your web page to their servers and then back again which is why it’s so slow.

Ezoic dropped the ball, it was their chance past few years to improve performance and grab all those mid-range traffic sites but they sat on their hands and were lazy

now Mediavine is leap frogging them.
