I’m searching for “SlickStack login” and can’t find much information. My client uses SlickStack. Looking to learn more.

it depends on what you mean, I’m assuming you know how to login WordPress WP Admin. And you’re aware that SlickStack is lightweight bash scripts, so SSH login is how you manage everything, you can use Putty or Terminal, etc. You need an SSH client and by default it should drop you straight into the /var/www directory where you see all the bash scripts and folders that SlickStack installs. Changing settings is generally done by editing the ss-config file, saving, and then reinstalling SlickStack again afterwards 🙂

Unless you are using AWS or another shady cloud provider that alters the root/sudo users, so the default user should be root that you use to setup a new cloud server with SlickStack the first time… during install you choose the username of your sudo user or just keep the default sudo username that the script will generate for you.

After that, reboot and going forward you login SSH on Port 22 with that sudo user… every time you login it should automatically drop you into the /var/www directory where you should see the bash scripts from SlickStack.
